The '2CV kitcarclub' was founded in May 1991 under the name 'Lomax Register Holland'. The name changed into 'Lomax Club Holland' and through 'Lowlands Lomax Club' into '2CV kitcarclub'
.
It is a Dutch/Flamish Citroën 2CV based kit car owners club with its purpose to bring together, stimulate, help and have fun with 2CV kit car owners. In the mean time the club has grown to 390 members (January 2009). As the new name suggests the club takes any 2CV based special eg: Patron, Lomax, Falcon, Burton or Avion. Through the World Wide Web we have contacts with other 2CV kit car owners[click pictures at the left] and clubs like the Citroen Specials Club.
The 2CV kitcarclub sends out 4 newsletters (Dutch language only !) filled with tips and advise, announcements and reports of events, a calendar, news on club or accessoiry matters and much more. The members are therefore allways up to date of what is going on, provided that you read Dutch !
Members are supposed to own a 2CV based kit car and becoming a member is only possible by showing the car unless other arrangements have been met. Contribution is low: 17,75 Euro annualy. Any 2CV kitcar is welcome at our meetings, member or not.
